Wiper Merajuk

Dropped Evan at tuition and took the windy road to Hillside. As the car was going on the twisty road, the wiper decided to turn on again. Luckily it has been brought for checking in the workshop and they know what is the cause of it coming on by itself. 

So just turned it off and continue with the drive.

Time to go home...

The trend seems to be changing, it used to be smooth drive towards Penang while we see the opposite direction with heavy traffic. This year's return drive took us 2.5 hours to reach Penang. There were instances where we came to a full halt on the highway!!

Have loads of day 1 photos. But here's one out of the ordinary... an unfortunate accident in the kitchen left me with this big gash and bleeding quite a bit (the in-house doctor, Dr. Ban on the other hand asserts that is was a small gash and that was only a little bleeding) 😅

Came to office and found this. Saw her in office the day before, but she must have preferred to keep it low key, so she only put it on our desks after we'd left. 

Put it in the fridge and have a nice cold drink after lunch.

Went to Gurney Plaza to get last minute biscuit gifts. Then we had sooo much time till we needed to pick Evan... no choice, but to go for a drink or two... or three

We both had problems getting a nice (not too expensive) brightly colored blothing item for CNY. In face, even Evan had problems finding a nice red baju. 

A bit mahal to buy this UK branded baju... gave it a pass

The burger joint "Flip Burger" in Queensbay is closed. So we headed to Menya Miyabi for (rather expensive albeit delicious) lunch.
